About
I am an Assistant Professor, Teaching Scholar at the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario, where I teach business analytics in the undergraduate and MBA programs.
My research runs along two streams. The first applies Revenue Management techniques to the live entertainment industry — how entertainment products become successes, and how firms should approach pricing and operational allocation decisions. The second looks at how to build effective, scalable assessments and teaching tools for undergraduate classrooms.
